Food groups and their calories

All foods are divided into different groups, due to the varied content of these foods in calories, in addition to their different contents of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, which are the three mainenergy sources in  food as mentioned previously, and each of the six food groups consists of foods Similar to the content of calories and the previous three items are arranged in lists of food alternatives. Foods are written in each group and the quantity that makes them equal to the rest of the other foods is written in their content of calories, carbohydrates, protein and fats.
